I rang jack at 4:15 on a Thursday afternoon and he returned my call within 5 mins. He was the only one of 5 plumbers that returned my call. After a brief chat he said he’d be at my place 9am the next morning. Next morning, 9am he was there with his offsider. They fixed the problem and kept me informed when it was a little trickier than first thought. Cost of the job was in line with what he spelt out in our first chat. Could not be more impressed …

Excellent service,on time! We recently had an emergency at a rental property and called Jack to assist..He not only fixed the problem but suggested a better way to utilise the cabinet space available by moving the Hot Water system. this problem will never reoccur !
