We phoned Jack with very little notice and very close to Christmas. Unlike the response we got from our regular plumber, Jack was at our shop early the next morning greeting us with a big smile. He immediately started the work and finished it without a fuss and his cheerful approach to his work is very contagious. Needless to say of we ever need a plumber in the future we will call on Jack. We recently had an emergency at a rental property and called Jack to assist..He not only fixed the problem but suggested a better way to utilise the cabinet space available by moving the Hot Water system. this problem will never reoccur !
